The Nishi Family are a quintessential organic raw leaf supplier for boutique Japanese tea producers and are also a tea producer themselves. 

Each year they select a small amount of the best harvests to create their own bespoke sencha, voicing the season's conditions, the quality of the cultivars grown across their gardens and of course the rich volcanic Kirishima terroir.

Deeply textural and verdant with a balance of bright sweetness and saline umami; this is a deserving and decadent every day sencha.
